Celebrating Excellence at the MyCleaning Awards
On 2 March, Sarah Flaherty, Sarah Hodgson and Joanne Lambert attended the MyCleaning Awards at the Met Hotel in Leeds. The awards celebrate the dedication, skill and compassion of NHS staff, providing an opportunity to recognise the outstanding contribution of healthcare cleaning and domestic teams from across the country.
The event was filled with inspiring stories, shared learning and well-deserved recognition for individuals and teams who go above and beyond every day to support patient care and maintain high standards across healthcare environments.
We are especially proud that Sarah Flaherty was shortlisted for the Auditor of the Year Award. While she was not selected as the overall winner, being shortlisted is a fantastic achievement and a testament to her dedication and commitment to Cleaning Services, the Trust and, most importantly, our patients.
This recognition reflects Sarah's hard work, professionalism and the positive impact she has across our facilities. Her passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality and compliance makes her a true champion of healthcare cleaning.
